Like many of you, we’ve been thinking a lot this week about the tragedy in Orlando. It’s senseless and unbearably sad—so many of the people killed were young, and thought they were in a safe space to be themselves. There’s been a lot written about the importance of gay clubs and the horror of what happened and the need for stricter rules for acquiring automatic weapons, but we particularly appreciated posts from Libba Bray, John Scalzi, and Morgan Cohn. And Buzzfeed has information about everyone who was killed, which is hard to read but important to remember. We wish safety for everyone reading this. And there’s the wonderful Trevor Project if you need help.
